Seasonal Tune-Up: $149
New England weather is hard on garage doors. Our tune-up includes lubrication, adjustment, hardware tightening, spring inspection, and safety testing.
$149 is the total price for the tune-up visit, with no trip fee or service call fee. If we find something that needs repair, that is a separate job quoted from our published price ranges and approved by you before any work begins.
Annual Maintenance Plan: $249/yr
Two professional tune-ups per year (spring and fall), 10% off all repairs, and priority scheduling.
